Who Stands Out From The Rest? National Work Experience Awards Call for Entries
Work experience has never been more important in giving students a helping hand towards standing out from the masses graduating each year. If you have enjoyed a work placement scheme and would like it to be rewarded, the National Council for Work Experience (NCWE) Awards is the place to shout about it.
Have you worked for a company that offered you support, hands on experience and a chance to develop key skills? It doesn’t matter whether you worked as an intern over the summer or for a full year, as long as the experience was a positive one.
Now in their seventh year, the NCWE Awards recognise employers who provide valuable work experience for students. Employers, students and careers advisers can nominate organisations that they feel epitomise best practice in work experience. Spanning eleven categories, the Awards are open to organisations of all sizes and industries, including charitable and public sectors.
Nominating an organisation is simple and can be done online by completing the student nomination form at www.work-experience.org/awards before the closing date of 11th December 2009.
